Yogee Gems is an independent retailer and does not currently operate physical retail locations. This allows us to cut overhead costs and focus exclusively on quality, selection, and service - providing you with a high-quality product at a much better value than your local jewelry store.

Are any items available for immediate shipment?
In most cases, loose stones are in stock and available for immediate shipment and at the latest within 2 business days. Many of the sale items including rings are available for immediate shipment (unless ring sizing is required).
Can I pick up my order in person from your office?
Because all of our jewelry is made to order, we do not currently have a showroom or a reception area for walk-in customers. Therefore all orders must be shipped via FedEx and USPS unfortunately.
How can I upgrade the shipping on my order?
If you have already placed an order but would like to upgrade the shipping method, please contact our Live Chat Representatives for assistance or you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org after hours.
If the current order status is already "Ready to Ship" then unfortunately it's too late to change the shipping method.

Where do I track my order once it ships?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. It will also appear in your order history on the website. You can track your package on the below link.
Will I receive a tracking number once my order has shipped?
Once your order has been processed, packaged, and picked up by our shipping partner, we will email the tracking number to the email address you provided. We also will update your order history with the tracking number. Therefore if your email provider filters out our email message as spam you can retrieve the tracking info from your order history.
What is the Yogee Gems' Processing & Manufacturing time?
Because most of our jewelry is made to order, there is a processing time while the jewelry is manufactured. This time is required for our jewelers to create the casting, polish, size items (if applicable), and set stones. You can find the processing times on each product page, directly below the product description. Processing time varies from a few days to up to 3 weeks.
What is the status or the shipping date of my order?
To obtain the most accurate estimated shipping date for an order that is currently being processed, please send us an email on email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as we obtain the estimated completion date from our jewelers and gemstone craftsmen.
Do Yogee Gems offers Rush Order?
We do our very best to accommodate our customer's special dates (engagements, anniversary, birthdays, etc.). If you need your item by a certain date, please request it during checkout. If you need a guarantee that the item will arrive on time please contact us before you place your order.
We do not charge additional fees for rush processing but upgrading to overnight shipping is required and the request needs to be made at the time the order is processed, if not before. If a request for rush processing is made several days after the order has been placed, we most likely will not be able to fast track it.

Returns, Cancellations & Order Changes
Can I make changes to an existing order?
If you need to make a change to an order that has been placed, and it has not shipped yet, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible including the details of the required changes.
Can I cancel my order?
In order to cancel an order, we must be contacted within 48 to 72 via email at email@example.com. Once an order has shipped it cannot be canceled.
If work has already begun on your order, the applicable restocking/processing fee will be a 20% cancellation fee.
When will I receive a refund for my order?
Once we have received the return package, it will be inspected and the refund processed within 1 - 2 business days. Once it is processed a note will be made in your order history and the order status in your account will change to Returned. However please note that it typically takes at least one week for the funds to be communicated between the banks and for the credit to appear on your online statement. Please do not contact if the refund does not show up instantly on your credit card statement because it is not expected to.
International credit card refunds and some debit cards can take up to 2 weeks in our experience.

Repairs and Sizing
Can I repair my jewelry from Yogee Gems?
We offer very competitive pricing for repairs of jewelry purchased from our company that is no longer under warranty. This service is offered as a courtesy to our customers. If your jewelry is in the need of repair, please contact us with an explanation of what the problem is, and please include your order number or the name of the person who purchased the jewelry. We will provide an estimate where possible, but at times we may need the item to be sent back before we can accurately assess the problem.
Unfortunately, We do not offer repair services for jewelry purchased from other companies.
I love my ring but I want to change the ring size, Is it possible?
After you have received your order, if you need it resized, simply contact us and we will be happy to assist you. You don't need to pay for resizing. (After the returns period expires, ring sizing cost is $25/ring). Ring sizing typically takes about 3 to 5 business days.
If you need to change your ring size after placing your order but before it ships, there will not be a fee but it may delay your order.
We don't offer ring sizing if the ring was not purchased directly from Yogee.
*You(Buyer) is amenable for the return shipping cost.
How can I measure my ring size?
Selecting the correct ring size for your purchase is important. If you are unsure of the correct ring size, You can check out our blog For how to measure your ring size? We also recommend having the ring size checked by a local jeweler when possible.
What are the options available in the ring size?
Once you measure your ring size then you can place your order. Most of our jewelry is made to order so we are able to create a ring in any size from 3 to 14 US.
Custom Orders & Design Service
Can I make custom made jewelry with Yogee?
Yes, we are able to replicate rings and other jewelry based on pictures provided by our customers. For custom design pricing please send the pictures and any additional information you have about the ring to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we would be happy to quote pricing. Please note that while in most cases we are able to provide quotes within 1 business day, in some cases additional research may be required in order to provide a quote.
When sending the custom quote requests, if applicable, please include:

• Pictures of the ring you would like created or replicated
Is all jewelry customizable with Yogee?
Yes, We are making all types of custom made jewelry like Engagement ring, Bridal set, Earrings, pendant, and bracelet, etc.
What is the payment system for custom made jewelry?
For custom made jewelry you need to pay $100 to $150 USD as deposit first and to start the process.
Can I return the custom made jewelry?
Custom orders are not refundable since they are specifically made for you unless it is a defect with the item when it arrives. In that case, we will make it for you again.
What are the metal options I have for custom made jewelry?
We are making jewelry with all-metal like 925 Sterling Silver, 10K/14K/18K White/Rose/Yellow gold as well as platinum.
Can I make custom made jewelry only with Moissanite?
Most of our rings are set with moissanite however you have the option of changing stones to any colored gem or upgrade them to any color or shape. We offer almost any type of gems such as morganite, aquamarine, white sapphire, Natural diamond, Lab-grown diamond etc..you name it and we will make it.
Can I engrave something special in my order?
Yes, we offer to engrave for free, please contact us before we ship out your order if you are interested in having your ring engraved. Once an order is shipped out we no longer can add engraving so please make sure to request BEFORE you purchase or soon AFTER you place an order.
Can I get wholesale pricing for retail selling?

What are the terms of Layaway Plans?
We require payment of at least 20% a month. If regular payments of 20% the order total are not being made, the order may be canceled at our discretion and all payments received converted to store credit. After 6 months of non-payment, all payments made will be forfeited. There is a 10% cancellation fee (10% of the total, not payments made).
Can I pay with a layaway plan on Sale items?
Sale items are liquidation items, that have been marked down for a quick sale. Therefore we can not offer you the Layaway plan for items on sale.
Can I cancel my Layaway order?
To cancel a layaway order please send us an email with the layaway order information. For cancellation, in Layaway order there will be a 10% fee of total payment(On Full payment, not payments made).
Can I make changes to my Layaway order?
